Kathy Klaus is a proud western Canadian, born and educated in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. After a brief five-year career as a Social Worker and later a Provincial Licensing officer for care facilities, her focus turned to business. Over the next three decades, she incorporated three businesses; a Family Day Home Agency, a Powdercoat Painting business and Educo International Inc., a toy manufacturing and distribution business. Incorporated into a stimulating schedule of family and work, Kathy’s interests include many continuing education classes in business, design and art, clowning, laughter yoga, painting and salmon fishing. Her day-to-day focus has now turned to journaling and writing. She loves acreage living in Alberta with her husband where she thrives on the beauty of outdoor living and her Golden Retrievers. Visiting her family in New York provides the joy of children’s laughter and the zest of madcap adventures.
